I serve patients in McLean, Reston, and Leesburg, Virginia. I have counseling/therapy offices in McLean and Leesburg.

I hold a B.A. degree from UCLA and MA and Ed.S degrees in Counseling Psychology from James Madison University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the Commonwealth of Virginia. I completed a year of post-graduate training in advanced clinical psychotherapy at the Washington School of Psychiatry in Washington, D.C.

In addition to strong academic and counseling credentials, I bring considerable life experience and perspective to my work with patients. I particularly welcome opportunities to work with adults who may be struggling with major life challenges such as depression, anxiety, substance dependency and addiction, significant transitions including personal, career, grief/loss and aging, and interpersonal/relational issues.

I work with individuals and families in both private practice and through a non-profit counseling agency with whom I am affiliated. I see patients from McLean, Reston, Herndon, Sterling, and Leesburg, Virginia in my offices located in Mclean and Leesburg.
